Reservation terms

This English translation is provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

These terms apply to table reservations made through our website with Taverna Korfu, Ketzerbach 21, 35037 Marburg, Germany.

1. Request and confirmation

By sending the form, you make a binding reservation request. The reservation is only made once we confirm it to you by email. Until then, your table is not reserved.

2. Cancellation

If you cannot make it, please cancel – this is free of charge up to 2 hours before the reserved time. You can cancel by phone on +49 6421 68 13 86 or by email to info@korfu-marburg.de. If fewer people are coming, please let us know as well.

3. No-show fee

If you do not turn up for a confirmed reservation and have not cancelled in time, we may charge a no-show fee of €20 per person booked. The no-show fee is not a penalty but flat-rate compensation for the loss we incur by keeping the table free for you. You are entitled to prove that we suffered no loss or a significantly smaller loss. If we were able to give the table to other guests, we will not charge anything.

4. Groups

For groups of 9 people or more, the arrangements set out in our tailored offer apply.

5. No right of withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for reservations, because they relate to a specific date (Section 312g(2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code, BGB). However, you can cancel at any time as described in section 2.
